Overview
Jörn studied law and economics in Kiel. He has been working for the firm as a lawyer in the field of Company and Tax Law since 1999. Jörn is a bar-certified specialist in both, Tax Law and Trade and Company Law and has been partner at the firm since 2001. In 2000 he was appointed to the Private Law Committee of the German Bar Association, which supports the legislative work in the field of Private Law at national, and now also European, level through its expertise. He regularly holds seminars and publishes on legal issues. Jörn was appointed to the board of the Bremen Bar Association in 2002 and has been a member of the Committee of Bar-Certified Specialists for Trade and Company Law of the Hanseatic Bar Association in Bremen (admission of bar-certified specialists) since 2006. He is member of the German Lawyers’ Day (Deutscher Juristentag (djt)) and the Bremen Legal Association (Juristische Gesellschaft Bremen e.V.).
