James Marco Joined Levenfeld Pearlstein in March of 2010 and is a staff attorney in our Banking and Finance Service Group. James focuses his practice on the representation of lending institutions in complex commercial litigation, specifically in the areas of mortgage foreclosure and guaranty actions.
Overview
James has also been involved in providing Pro Bono services for the Cook County Chancery Division Pro Se Advice Desk, where he provided legal advice to pro se defendants in mortgage foreclosure actions.
Prior to joining LP, James Marco was an associate with Fisher and Shapiro, LLC, where he represented lenders in foreclosure actions.
