Jeffrey M. Davis is a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Securities and M & A practice and co-chair of the Hotel and Hospitality practice. Clients from diverse industries look to Jeff for assistance in negotiating a broad range of financing transactions such as equity, venture capital, and public and private debt. He has substantial experience helping clients with mergers and acquisitions, employment and compensation arrangements, licensing agreements, and the formation and operation of partnerships and limited liability companies. Jeff also counsels clients on matters involving general corporate and securities law.

Jeff has particular knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry having assisted hotel owners, developers and operators in the negotiation of management, technical services, and trademark licensing agreements. He represents large hotel and leisure companies as well as private investors.

In addition to clients in the hotel and hospitality industry, Jeff has extensive experience representing advertising and public relations firms with regards to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and general corporate law. Using his deep knowledge of the advertising industry, Jeff works with his clients to help them avoid potential risks.

Furthermore, Jeff has experience advising clients in industries such as healthcare, media, consumer products, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. He also counsels individuals in the creation of new business entities and contractual relationships.
