Overview
Jenny qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined LA in 1998. Jenny deals with all aspects of property litigation including trespass/nuisance claims, applications for specific performance, easements and boundary disputes. In addition, Jenny is LA’s specialist landlord and tenant litigator. Jenny deals with all contentious landlord and tenant issues including all aspects of tenant default and enforcement, for example, rent recovery, injunctive relief, possession and dilapidations disputes. Jenny also deals with lease renewals, compensation for improvements, rent reviews and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal work eg challenges to the reasonableness of service charges.
