For more than a dozen years, Judd Hedrick has been helping his clients acquire, finance, sell, manage and lease their real estate holdings. Judd’s clients include local and national lenders, owners, developers, landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining ZKS in 1997, Judd’s practice focused on land use and municipal law while serving as assistant city attorney for a number of local governments. Currently, Judd represents numerous local and national lenders, including life companies and SBA lenders, provide real estate based financing in Florida. He also represents clients on all sides of complex multi-site acquisitions and sales, structured both as real estate and asset based transactions. In addition, Judd has successfully negotiated hundreds of leases for retail, office and industrial space on behalf of both landlords and tenants throughout the country.
