Overview
With more than 25 years of facilities experience, Kevin oversees the management of the firm’s facilities, information technology, knowledge management, office services, and records management. His strength is in facilities management, which includes project management, construction management, relocation, preventive maintenance, and human and environmental factors. He also has two years of experience in the sheet metal and HVAC industries.
Kevin has been an active member of IFMA (International Facility Management Association) since 2000. He attained his CFM (Certified Facility Manager) designation in 2003, has served as the Chicago chapters Council Liaison from 2003 - 2004, and was awarded the Chicago chapter Rookie of the Year Award in 2004. He served as Treasurer of the Chicago chapter from 2004 through 2006, and currently serves as Second Vice President. He has also acted as a mentor to the Community Service Committee, as well as the Sponsorship and Communication Committees. Additionally, he is a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
