Overview
Kieran A. Lasater was born in Colorado Springs, and has recently returned to Colorado from Pennsylvania, where he practiced for two years with a regional law firm. His counseling and litigation practice includes a broad spectrum of civil matters including: general commercial litigation, securities and banking law, broker-dealer counseling and litigation, automobile industry counseling and litigation, mortgage industry litigation, government contracting, labor and employment counseling and defense and construction and surety law.
During law school, Kieran served as law clerk to The Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr., of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Also during law school, Kieran served as the Executive Editor of the Penn State International Law Review, in which his comment, "A Survey of the Domestic Approaches to Antitrust Taken by the OPEC Member Nations: Do They Practice What They Preach?,” was published at 23 Penn St. Int'l L. Rev. 413 (Fall 2004). He was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society and was also the recipient of the Adele and Leonard R. Blumberg Scholarship.
In his spare time, Kieran enjoys spending time with family, exploring the mountains, golf, snowboarding and reading.
