Kumi is a member of the Graham and Dunn Board of Directors. 

Kumi focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning and governance, and general business transactions. Her experience includes both private and public company mergers, stock and asset sales and purchases, “going-private” transactions, and other corporate planning measures. She assists financial institutions with state and federal banking matters and has worked on numerous new bank formations, holding company reorganizations, business combinations, and regulatory compliance issues. She has also spoken on corporate governance and M&A topics at local and national conferences.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Kumi has lived in Seattle since graduating from law school in Boston.
