Laura advises generally on all aspects of commercial property, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and other property related matters for our commercial clients. She also advises lenders, including Santander UK Plc (previously Abbey National Plc), Law of Property Act 1925 receivers and administrators in relation to insolvency related property matters, including disposals of secured property.

Laura has experience working with a range of clients on commercial transactions, including working on acquisitions on behalf of SIPP administrators and lease transactions for our marina based clients.

Laura is a member of Bournemouth and Southampton Property Associations and Bournemouth and District Law Society.
