Professional Highlights: - Managed the audits of Fortune 500 companies and IPO's for closely-held businesses. - Expert witness in Federal District Court concerning generally accepted accounting principles. - Managed the Due Diligence process of selecting mortgages for Wall Street brokerage firms entering the mortgage backed securities business. - Prepared the monthly financial reporting package for a major residential construction company. - Supervised the audit of the largest independent franchisee of fast food restaurants in the New York metropolitan area. - Coordinated the preparation of the annual Proxy Statement for one of the largest public oil and gas companies in the world. A certified public accountant, Larry is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  Larry's CPA state society committee experience includes serving on the Real Estate, Construction Contractors, Hotel, Club and Restaurant, and the SEC Practice Assistance Committees.
