Mr. Ludwig Ng is the senior partner of ONC Lawyers. His areas of expertise are Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, intellectual property, particularly representing technology and media companies.
Overview
Ludwig was trained and worked as a commercial and banking lawyer in renowned commercial law firms in the earlier years of his practice. Later he developed his litigation and advocacy skills whilst working as a barrister. In 1993, he joined the predecessor of the present firm as a consultant and in 1995, he became a founding partner of ONC Lawyers.
Ludwig's exceptional skill in litigation and advocacy was proven in numerous cases. In 1995, Ludwig made legal history by successfully pleading to the then Governor to re-open a trial for a prisoner on death roll who has already served 14 years. He has represented clients in all levels of court from Magistracies to the Court of Final Appeal. Ludwig also practises extensively in intellectual property law and represents major media and technology companies. He is particularly conversant with urgent injunction applications. Ludwig is also a frequent speaker to training seminars for lawyers and commercial organisations.
