Overview

Lily Royer is partner and co-chair of Moses & Singer's Matrimonial and Family Law practice group and head of the firm's Matrimonial Litigation division.  As an attorney with over 30 years experience in the practice of family law and divorce, Lily offers extensive expertise to her clients who include celebrities and other high-net-worth individuals with sophisticated financial investments.  

She handles all matters relating to family relationships, including opposite-sex and same-sex partnerships and marriages; divorce, international divorce, annulment and separation; equitable distributions spousal support, child support and custody; post judgment enforcement, paternity and assisted reproductive technology.  In addition, Lily counsels clients with regards to settlement and separation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and cohabitation and "living together" agreements.  She also represents same-sex and opposite-sex couples in complex custody disputes.

Among the many professional organizations to which Lily contributes, she is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State and Westchester Women's Bar Associations and a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a national association of practicing lawyers recognized by their peers as elevating the standards of matrimonial law and having substantial experience in family law in their respective states.

Lily is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals and has just been appointed to the Board of Directors for the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals, an organization of trained professionals who use alternative forms of dispute resolution to resolve conflict outside of the courtroom -- such as mediation and collaborative practice.

Rated AV Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell and selected for inclusion as a New York Super Lawyer®, Lily also sits on the Board of the New York Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Westchester-Fairfield Chapter of the American Heart Association - Go Red For Women Campaign.
