Mark is a partner in the Real Estate team at UK firm, Lester Aldridge LLP. He is an experienced commercial property lawyer, advising a number of national and regional businesses, including a national housebuilder, PLCs and a national care home provider. He has a particular focus on the house-building and care sectors.

Overview

Mark is experienced in dealing with many areas of commercial property matters, and he advises a number of national and regional businesses on their property matters, including McCarthy & Stone, Meggitt plc and Tetley Tea.

Recent projects Mark has handled include the acquisition of a former MOD site in Middlesex for the development of 80 residential units and the disposal of 65,000 ft² factory premises in Hemel Hempstead by way of a lease.

Mark works closely with our Corporate Team, advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions. Mark specialises in the care sector and he recently advised a client on a share acquisition involving over 100 properties.

Mark has a keen interest in development and acts for a number of national housebuilders.

Mark also regularly advises on landlord and tenant issues.
