Mark is an architect, civil engineer and an attorney. Before pursuing a law degree, he was a construction manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company where he managed land development, construction projects, and portions of construction projects in the $3,000,000 to $80,000,000 range. Mark also has extensive field construction experience as a carpenter foreman, rigger and concrete labourer.
Having attained a J.D. with honours from the University of Baltimore, Mark was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1996.
