Matthew A. Cosenza is a principal of the firm and is a member of the Real Estate Transactions Department.  Mr. Cosenza concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, and has extensive experience in the area of real estate finance including acquistion, construction, leasehold and securitized financing.  In addition, his practice includes acquistions and dispositions of real property, office and retail leasing, and various other complex contractual matters.
