Overview

For the past eleven years Matthew has represented clients in all facets of their construction and business practices. Matthew has represented contractors, engineers, developers and owners in complex construction and business related disputes. Projects that Matthew has handled include commercial and heavy civil construction, including subway tunneling construction, hotel and office complex construction, marina anchorage construction, residential and mixed use development, power plants, waste-water management facilities, micro-tunneling and pipeline construction. Recently, Matthew obtained a multi-million dollar award in favor of a client on a dispute concerning a substantial marina anchorage development.
Matthew graduated from Willamette University College of Law, cum laude, in 1997, where he served as Associate Editor of the Law Review. He also obtained a LLM, with honors, from Georgetown University School of Law in 1998 in International and Comparative Law. Matthew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 1993. Matthew is currently licensed to practice law in California and Colorado.
Matthew was born in Santa Monica, California. He enjoys many outdoor athletic and recreational activities including skiing, golf, and fishing.
