Overview
She represents shareholders in the ESOP companies and ESOP trustees in various types of complex ESOP transactions. In addition, Megan has experience with private and public companies, as well as individual executives, on all aspects of executive compensation, including negotiating employment agreements and golden parachute arrangements, designing, costing and implementing various types of executive compensation plans, reviewing executive cash and equity compensation arrangements with respect to industry and peer practice, and advising compensation committees on general corporate governance responsibilities involving executive compensation issues.
