Michael Veal is a Partner at the Bournemouth office of Lester Aldridge LLP. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution and health and safety law.

Overview

Michael manages a team which deals with a range of commercial disputes. The team has experience in handling breach of contract, professional negligence and corporate claims, including commercial and employee fraud.

Michael is also head of the firm’s Safety, Health and Environmental regulatory team. He and his team act for clients in relation to all matters of regulatory crime, including prosecutions, as well as related public law issues, enforcement notice appeals and non-contentious regulatory matters.

Michael is an experienced advocate, and regularly appears in court.
