Natasha Frangos trained and qualified with the firm and was appointed partner in April 2009.  She acts for a wide range of corporate entities and specialises in the media and entertainment and fashion sectors. She also specialises in transaction support assignments, including due diligence investigations and the preparation of financial forecasts and business plans.

Media and fashion
Natasha is working in the Media, Entertainment and Fashion Group, which is dedicated to serving the business and tax needs of individuals and corporate entities operating in the fields of media (television production, advertising, publishing etc), entertainment, fashion and design. Natasha has clients in varying degrees of their lifecycle and has provided high level support across a range of commercial/financial issues, delivering a personal and cost-effective service.

Technical
Natasha is part of the firm’s technical department. With the introduction of an increasing number of complex accounting standards clients are finding themselves in need of assistance with various accounting or financial reporting issues.

International Accounting Standards
Natasha has advised clients on the implications of adopting International Accounting Standards and in establishing the firm’s expertise of intangible asset valuations required by IFRS 3.
