Patricia O'Connor is a partner in the Community Associations Service Group of Levenfeld Pearlstein in Chicago and she concentrates on representing cooperatives, condominium and homeowner's associations in all aspects of governance and litigation, including declaration and bylaw amendments and enforcement, assessment collections, owner bankruptcies and foreclosures, evictions, injunctions, covenant enforcement and developer and construction defect litigation.
