Overview

Paul Ochmanek is a staff attorney in the Community Associations Service Group where he is assisting condominium associations with assessment collections, foreclosure actions, and declaration and rule enforcement.  Beyond this, Paul focuses his practice on residential acquisition and disposition of real estate, ranging from contract negotiation and execution to overseeing and facilitating every aspect of the closing process. Paul's experience includes representation of purchasers/sellers of condominiums, town-homes and single-family properties.

Paul’s association work includes:

• Declaration and rule enforcement
• Assessment collection as well as forcible entry and detainer actions
• Representing Associations at administrative hearings on building code violations
• Representing Associations in foreclosure actions
• Assisting with “turn-over” from the Developer to the newly formed Association
• Preparation of quit-claim deeds, mechanics’ liens, condominium association liens, and broker’s liens , lis pendens, reciprocal easements and pre/post closing agreements
