Paula assists individuals in relation to their personal affairs, giving advice on trusts and Wills as well as estate planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax.

In addition to advising on tax efficient succession structures for family businesses, Paula is also experienced in advising on the tax consequences of employee remuneration structures. Paula advises companies and their shareholders in respect of shareholder protection planning and share freezing exercises.

Paula is a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Member of the Law Society Private Client Section.
