Peter enjoys a national reputation specialising in the law regulating health and social care. He acts for care home and supported living providers throughout the UK in addition to independent hospital providers.

In addition to health and social care legislation, Peter has specialist expertise in relation to care home and independent hospital sales and purchases. He is a recognised national specialist on the law governing supported and assisted living. He frequently negotiates on behalf of clients with CQC and also with local authorities in relation to contracting disputes. He also frequently deals with local authorities in relation to Safeguarding Investigations. Peter is a regular lecturer and writer for the caring press in relation to current care issues.

Peter is appointed solicitor to the Registered Nursing Home Association and the National Care Association. He is recognised by the Good Lawyer Guide 2010 for outstanding legal practice.
