Philip S. Olick has been a partner with Moses & Singer since 1989. He came to the firm with twenty-eight years of experience as a partner in a major New York law firm and as general counsel to a large public corporation.

Mr. Olick has extensive experience in all areas of corporate and finance law, including securities law and project finance. He advises clients on legal issues impacting the day-to-day operations of corporations, partnerships, and other types of business ventures. He has been active in mergers and acquisitions, registration and listing of a variety of securities, and industrial revenue bond financings. Most recently, he has advised clients in connection with the development, acquisition, construction and financing of a number of cogeneration facilities and has assisted these clients in the negotiation of the energy service and sale agreements for the energy output of these facilities, to host users, industrial customers and public utilities. He is currently assisting clients with both wind power and solar energy electric operating projects. His activities in the energy field involve projects in the New York City area, Texas, Trinidad, Greece and the Dominican Republic.
