Raymond is the Head of Corporate and Commercial Department.  He has practised as a corporate & commercial lawyer for over 20 years, specializing in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, securities & futures, funds, and banking & finance.

Raymond has represented and given advice to listed companies, investment banks, multi-national corporations, securities & futures companies, asset management companies, PRC enterprises, conglomerates, and investment & private equity funds.

He has solid and extensive experience in handling mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong, PRC, and other jurisdictions or countries in the world.

Raymond also supervises and leads our corporate finance practice, which covers venture capital financing, private equity investmen, pre-IPO investments, IPO, post-listing fund raising, listed company compliance, placings and takeovers.

Securities, futures and funds are other areas in which Raymond possesses special professional knowledge.  He has represented and advised securities, futures and asset management companies in setting up their business, applying licences for regulated activities.  Raymond also gives advice to securities, futures and asset managment companies on legal and regulatory compliance.  He has assisted clients in setting up private and authorised funds.

He has alos advised banks and financial institutions on legal and regulatory compliance, loan and financing transactions, and banking business & operation.
