Overview
Rick Webber recently returned to a large firm environment after ten years in private practice. Rick has over twenty years of experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights with a specialty in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization cases.
After law school, Rick served as a judicial law clerk for the prestigious U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Alexander L. Paskay in Tampa, Florida. Rick is a Certified Bankruptcy Mediator and accomplished author and lecturer on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and ethics.
Rick is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
