Richard has many years experience of all aspects of private company corporate transactions, with specific expertise on private equity deals acting either for venture capitalists, institutions or management teams. Richard also has strong experience of international corporate transactions, having done M&A deals involving businesses in South East Asia, America and Europe.

The department has experience in all types of corporate transactions locally, nationally and internationally. In an ever shrinking global market we understand that many corporate clients now have a need to do work or transactions in countries outside of the UK.

Members of the corporate team have worked with many of the UK’s leading city law firms. It is this experience that gives us an edge and the capability to make our business understand your business, whatever it is and wherever it is located – we pride ourselves on this as being key to our service and our complete commitment to the client and transaction.

The department has extensive experience of acting for clients with overseas interests and activities and are regular users of the MSI referral network both for sending out referrals to Member firms as well as receiving incoming referrals.
