Robert specialises in commercial contracts and deals with the full range of commercial arrangements. In addition Robert advises on international trade issues. Other members of the Department advise on intellectual property, information technology, partnerships and charities.

Overview

The Department has extensive experience of acting for Clients with overseas interests and activities as well as having Clients with overseas holding companies and investors.

A number of lawyers in the team have worked in other jurisdictions including the US, France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. 

The Department are regular users of the MSI referral network both for sending out referrals to Member firms as well as receiving incoming referrals.
