Robert L. Loeb, Jr. devotes his practice to counseling corporate clients, particularly entrepreneurs and owners of closely-held businesses. This representation covers a broad spectrum of business matters, including acquisitions and divestitures and contract negotiations. Bob also works closely with business owners in their estate planning and succession planning. He currently serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee.

Bob is past president and member of the Executive Committee of the Colorado I Have A Dream Foundation. He formerly served as Program Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, and as chairman of the Section of Taxation of the Colorado Bar Association.

Bob was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and enjoys sports and family activities.
