Robyn is a Special Counsel with Aitken Partners’ Wills, Estates & Succession team and has more than 40 years experience in the area, as well a general property law. As well as many private clients, Robyn has done work for all the major trustee companies. She has conducted litigation concerning wills and estates including capacity cases, construction proceedings and Testator’s Family Maintenance applications.
