Overview

Ronald B. Glazer is a principal in the firm's Real Estate Department.  He concentrates his practice in shopping centers, office buildings, condominiums, homeowners' associations, cooperatives, structuring mixed-use projects and real estate acquistion, sale, financing, development and operation.  Mr. Glazer also has extensive experience in representing construction and permanent lenders, REITs and joint venture partners.
Mr. Glazer represents several regional real estate and development companies and handles loans on behalf of several regional lending institutions.  In addition, he acts as counsel for numerous common interest community associations and represents a number of smaller companies and individuals in various aspects of the real estate industry.  Mr. Glazer also has created numerous residential and commercial condominiums and owners' associations.  He has handled the structuring and documentation for several complex mixed-used projects such as Reading Terminal Headhouse, Liberty Place and the Comcast Center.

Recent Assignments

Lease with Comcast Corp. for over 1,000,000 square feet for the new Comcast headquarters in Philadelphia.
