Ronald N. Silberstein, CPA is a managing principal and heads up the SEC and Franchising practices of the firm. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, and tax services to businesses of all sizes located throughout the world. Ron also has substantial franchise experience, having been CFO and Chief Administrative Officer of an international franchisor and is also a Certified Franchise Executive.
Ron is known for providing superior customer service to his clients and is able to assist them with matters ranging from the simple to the complex. He thinks outside of the box (on occasion!) and is constantly striving to help add value to the Firm's clients.
Ron is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs. He has been a member of the MACPA Mergers and Acquisitions Task Force and is a member of the MACPA Accounting Standards committee.
Ron has been quoted in articles that appeared in INC. Magazine, Small Business Computing, Nations Business, and Cleaner magazine as well as Crains Detroit Business and the Detroit Free Press. He also hosted a weekly tax chat on AOL for 2 years, and has been a featured speaker at several Franchising seminars. He has co-hosted roundtable discussions at each IFA annual convention since 2008, and will be co-hosting another roundtable discussion at the 2012 IFA annual convention in Orlando, FL on Feb. 14, 2012.
