Overview
Rosemary’s role encompasses all forms of corporation tax planning work. She advises on the tax aspects of re-organisations, mergers and de-mergers, EIS investment schemes, EMI share schemes.
She also undertakes tax due diligence and advice for corporate finance deals. Within tax planning, she is very client-led, making sure that the tax planning undertaken suits her clients’ needs. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant as well as a member of the Institute of Tax.
