Ruth C. Haber joined Moses & Singer in 2003 as Of Counsel and
is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice.
Ruth is an experienced litigator who is actively engaged in the
practice of general and complex commercial litigation, including securities
litigation and arbitration, real estate-related litigation and litigation
involving corporate and partnership issues.
She has successfully represented a diverse group of clients engaged in a
variety of businesses, including major financial institutions, real estate
developers, corporations and partnerships, and individuals, in a broad range of
disputes.
Prior to joining Moses & Singer, Ruth was a partner in the
litigation practice group of a prominent New
York law firm.
For four years prior to entering the private sector, she served as a law
clerk to the Justices of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme
Court, Second Judicial Department. Her
work at the court provided her with extensive experience in appellate practice,
as well as in all aspects of litigation.
Ruth practices in federal and state courts of original
jurisdiction and at the appellate level.
She also represents clients before the American Arbitration Association
and FINRA.
Ruth has been named one of the "Top
Women Lawyers" in Manhattan, Avenue Magazine, 2011.
