Scott C. Butler is a principal of the firm and a member of the Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Law & Business Planning Departments.  Mr. Butler concentrates his areas of expertise in real estate and corporate transactions.  Mr. Butler is active in all aspects of real estate transactional work including retail liability company agreements, acquisition and sales agreements, brokerage and management agreements, and construction and permanent loan financings.  He has negotiated and drafted retail leases for national and anchor tenants and office leases for corporate headquaters and publicly-traded companies.
