His work includes assisting clients in private equity offerings; employment, non-compete and confidentiality agreements; and the structuring, acquisition, sale and merger of businesses. He also has experience in loan workouts and bankruptcies, both from the debtor and creditor standpoint.
Scott is also actively involved in real estate work, including commercial and multi-unit residential sales and acquisitions, leasing, like-kind exchanges, and real estate and asset based lending.
