Shari A. Ness joined Moses & Singer as of counsel in 2008. Ms. Ness represents public and private companies in general corporate and securities law matters and mergers and acquisitions. She advises public companies on corporate governance and disclosure issues, including the obligations imposed by SEC regulation, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and various U.S. stock exchanges. Ms. Ness also represents issuers and investors in private placements of equity and debt, and has experience representing clients with respect to commercial and general contract matters.

Prior to joining Moses & Singer, Ms. Ness was General Counsel and Secretary of a public company in the telecommunications technology sector, where she worked closely with senior management and the Board of Directors on a broad range of legal issues, including corporate governance and securities law compliance, software license and other commercial agreements and employment matters.
