This advice is given to the owners of these businesses, often high net worth individuals, as well as to the businesses themselves.
Overview
Simon's clients operate in a number of different sectors but he specialises in investment businesses authorised by the UK's Financial Services Authority.
Simon has set up over 100 investment managers in London over the last ten years establishing the firm as a key player in the sector and he knows all the other key advisors, if introductions are required.
Many of the investment businesses, Simon acts for such as Fund Managers, either have an oversas parent company or offices in other major financial centres around the world. Simon enjoys liaising with clients based overseas and explaining some of the UK's idiosynchracies but minimising the complexities as much as possible.
