Overview
Stefan concentrated on Building Law during his legal studies in Bielefeld where he also heard courses on economics and common law. He completed postgraduate studies in Administrative Sciences at the University of Speyer.
After his traineeship (Referendariat) - during which he concentrated on Public and Private Building Law - Stefan worked as an assistant in Public and Private Building Law at the Technical University of Darmstadt. He has been practising as a lawyer since 2004 and joined Ahlers & Vogel in 2005.
As a bar-certified specialist in Building Law and Law of Architects as well as in Administrative Law he advises clients in these areas of the law.
He has published several papers, is a permanent author for the magazine Vergabe spezial ("Public Procurement Special") and a member of ARGE Baurecht (the German Bar Association’s Working Group on Construction Law).
