Stephen is a Partner with Aitken Partners’ Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. He has more than 25 years experience in employment law, general commercial law and resolving commercial disputes. He provides advice to assist clients in achieving favourable outcomes in the formation, interpretation and enforcement of commercial contracts. Stephen also has experience in the transport and logistics providing advice on business issues including commercial, contractual, employment and litigation.
