Suki is a Partner in the Real Estate Team based at the Bournemouth office of UK firm, Lester Aldridge LLP. He specialises in all aspects of commercial property law.

Overview

Suki provides clients throughout the UK including around our office bases in London, Southampton and Bournemouth with advice on all aspects of commercial property. He focuses on the healthcare, lending and waste and energy sectors and acts for a number of clients from Ireland and other countries who invest and buy property, businesses and projects in England and Wales.  He has a particular knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law and has handled a number of leasehold enfranchisement cases where he acts for Landlord or tenant groups.

Suki is Chairman of the Bournemouth Property Association and os recognised by the Good Lawyer Guide 2010 for outstanding legal practice.
