He has particular experience in dealing with cases involving spinal or brain injury, clinical negligence and cases involving asbestos exposure, particularly mesothelioma.

Tim is widely recognised as an expert in personal injury litigation particularly catastrophic injury claims, clinical negligence, industrial disease and marine accidents, but does take on other high value or complex cases.
