Tim Schulte is a shareholder with Orlando law firm Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, and he leads the Commercial Litigation practice group of the firm.
Overview
Mr. Schulte has been with the firm since 1988 where his practice is dedicated to representing business entities in complex litigation matters and other disputes.
Mr. Schulte’s practice includes commercial litigation, construction litigation, lender representation and eminent domain. He has successfully prosecuted and defended a wide variety of cases before judges, arbitrators and juries in counties throughout Florida and other states.
Mr. Schulte is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, having served on the Construction Law Committee as chairperson from 1994-1995, and is a member of The Florida Bar Litigation and Real Property sections. He has written articles for peer publications and is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell the highest peer rating available in the practice of law for ethical standards and legal ability. He has also received the designation of Super Lawyer in Super Lawyer Magazine, being counted among the elite 5% of Florida’s attorneys to receive this honor.
His service to the legal profession was recognized with a 2006 Distinguished Service Award from the Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society.
