Tim specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering work for both public and private sector clients including employers, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, immediate past Chairman of the CIArb, a member of the Executive Committee of the Adjudication Society and the Forum for the Building Environment Midlands Region.
