I am a partner, based in Bournemouth and London and advise both charities and private clients in cases involving: -Contested wills/ trusts. -Will validity/construction claims. -Protecting charitable legacies. -Court of Protection applications and mental capacity issues. -Statutory wills. -Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 claims. -Inquests. -Contentious estate administrations. -Missing estate assets.

Overview

Victoria specialises in contested will and trust cases and is a member of both our Contentious Trust & Probate and Charities Teams.

Victoria represents both private clients and national charities in protecting legacies and also deals with a broad range of litigation involving estates and trusts, from claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants At) 1975 to those involving will validity.

Victoria is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is a member of the Charity Law Association. She is named in the Citywealth Leaders List 2009 - 2012 as a “leading lawyer” in the field of contentious trusts and is recognised by the Good Lawyer Guide 2010 for
outstanding legal practice.
