Overview

Vicki has almost 10 years experience dealing with all aspects of the administration of trusts from when they are created to when they are eventually wound up and their assets distributed to beneficiaries. Vicki advises and assists the trustees with their many duties and responsibilities including transferring assets from the settlor when a trust is first established, liaising with investment managers, setting up trustee bank accounts and advising the trustees on compliance with regulations.

She is also responsible for establishing and maintaining all legal, financial and accounting records for the trustees and assists with the preparation of annual accounts, the termination of trusts and the vesting of assets in beneficiaries.
