Overview

William D. Auxer, a principal of the firm, is a member of the Construction & Surety Law Department.  Mr. Auxer, who is also a civil engineer, concentrates his practice in construction law, public contracting and environmental law.  His practice also includes negotiating and drafting construction contracts and other construction related agreements. 
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Auxer worked as a civil engineer in the environmental construction field.  Mr. Auxer served as a design consultant on several environmental construction projects.  He also served as a project manager where he was responsible for estimating, bidding, planning, scheduling, and managing large budgeted environmental construction projects.
