MSI Global Alliance has taken a major step forward in the development of its South American accounting membership with the appointment of Brand Reason as its Brazil accounting firm member. Founded in 2010, Brand Reason is an alliance of five independent firms that together provide geographic coverage across Brazil. The firms also share technical expertise and other resources. There are currently five firms in the cities of Campinas (headquarters), Leme, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia and Sao Paulo, with a total of 10 partners and some 50 fee-earning staff. The alliance is growing at 30-40% per annum and has ambitious plans moving forward. They have a number of large international clients and have targeted affiliation with MSI as an important stage in their future development. Brand Reason offers clients a wide range of accountancy related services including audit, business consultancy, tax and outsourcing services.
