Colombian Law Firm Advises International Company on Colombian Stock Exchange Listing

MSI Global Alliance's Colombian law firm member Sanclemente Fernandez Abogados S.A. and Citi Valores S.A, a structuring company have successfully concluded the listing process of Tuscany International Drilling Inc into the Colombian Stock Exchange.

On 2 December 2011, Tuscany International Drilling Inc, a company established in late 2008 and engaged in drilling, completion, workover, equipment rental and oilfield services at an international level, traded its shares through the Colombian Stock Exchange Market (BVC) after receiving the corresponding authorizations from the Colombian Financial Superintendence and Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC). Tuscany is presently focused on providing new state-of-the-art drilling and workover equipment to customers operating in the northern half of South America. Tuscany currently operates in Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Gabon, Congo, and Tanzania.
