Midlands Lawyers Harrison Clark Announce Another Record Breaking Start to the Year

West Midlands law firm, Harrison Clark has again broken records for the most successful start to their financial year as the firm releases December to March figures

MSI Global Alliance’s leading West Midlands law firm member Harrison Clark has seen a significant number of transactions, highlighting the firm’s authority within the business community. The 14-strong team of corporate legal specialists at Harrison Clark, which has offices in Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross and Hereford, has completed 46 transactions – worth more than £70million – in the period from December 2011 to the end of March 2012.

This shows a significant increase on last year’s, still healthy, figures of 25 transactions worth a total of almost £65 million – another record result compared with the same period in 2009/2010.

The 2012 results show yet again the breadth of Harrison Clark’s size and expertise within its business services department. Transactions have included the acquisition of a large hotel in Bath and a management buyout of Ross-based NAM Engineering Ltd and its subsidiary, ABT Products Ltd. The firm also acted on behalf of a client in a £5m refinancing deal, as well as acting for the vendor on the disposal of an oil and gas down hole survey provider for $100m.

Harrison Clark completed numerous additional acquisitions, disposals and refinancing deals including a multi-jurisdictional transaction involving the UK, Dubai, the USA and Australia.
